Royal Run & Rides 5K

Waiver: I know that participating in a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly
trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete this event. I assume all risks associated with participating in this
event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, traffic and the conditions of the road or sidewalks, all such risks being
well known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of you accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone
entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Evangel Temple Christian Center, ActNow Promotions, LLC, City of Springfield and all other sponsors, their representatives
and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I relinquish to Evangel Temple Christian Center, all local media
and all of the forgoing the right to use any photograph, motion picture, videotape recording and any other record of this event for any legitimate or commercial
purpose. I understand there will be no refunds. I understand that by not meeting the early registration date, I may not receive a race T-shirt.
